RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Cornerstone Design Co., we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in construction, design and material is unwavering. And so is our commitment to our customers satisfaction.
CANCELLING/RETURNING CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Orders are defined as any items ordered that are not in stock AND custom designed pieces. Furniture and Sign orders are put on the build schedule immediately upon order and specific wood orders are placed in advance to have the furniture built to your specifications. They can be cancelled or changed within 5 days of purchase and 10% non-refundable deposit will be held. Custom orders cancelled after the 5 days and before time of delivery to you or to our retail location for pick up can be refunded but a non-refundable 50% fee will be charged.
NO refunds will be given on custom items after delivery to the client or our retail location for pick up. Due to the custom nature of our pieces we do not accept returns or exchanges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON
IN STOCK CASH AND CARRY ITEMS
Please note that refunds are only issued within 30 days of purchase or delivery and proof of purchase is required. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise due to shipping mishaps.
When returning an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and further instructions will be given to you. We ask that you pack your return securely and retain your shipping receipt for your records. Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued assuming there are no damages to the product.
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes/colors of clothing items and customers will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. In order to process an exchange, send an email to email@example.com with your request and order number.
For all other exchanges, simply return your item and then place a new order for the item you’d like in exchange.
